Contest Rules & Conditions
The Win a Trip to Vietnam Contest (the "Contest") is organized by Hanoi Drip Coffee (the "Sponsor"). By entering the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
The Contest begins on Jun 2, 2026 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on Jun 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST. All entries must be received within the Contest Period.
The Contest is open to:
- Legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec)
- Who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry
- Excluding employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Hanoi Drip Coffee or affiliated companies
This Contest is not open to residents of Quebec. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
We will be using Gleam to run our giveaway contest. Follow the instructions to enter the contest with your email. Unlock bonus entries instantly.
Each bag of Hanoi Drip coffee purchased during the Contest Period earns one (1) additional entry. Proof of purchase may be required. Maximum additional entries subject to Sponsor's discretion.
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:
- Air Canada Voucher (Approximate Retail Value: $2,000 CAD)
Prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and cannot be exchanged except at Sponsor's discretion. Prize details subject to availability.
Travel must be completed within 12 months of the prize being awarded. Winner and travel companion must:
- Hold valid passports and meet all visa and travel requirements
- Be responsible for travel insurance, meals not included, personal expenses, airport transfers, and applicable taxes or government fees
Sponsor is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or force majeure events.
A random draw will be conducted within 7 days after the contest closing date from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. The selected entrant will be contacted by email.
Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance. Failure to correctly answer may result in disqualification and selection of another entrant.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of notification. If the selected entrant cannot be reached, fails to respond, or fails to meet eligibility requirements, another entrant may be selected.
By entering, the winner agrees the Sponsor may use their name, city, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, where permitted by law.
Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the Contest and contacting the winner, in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost or late entries, technical issues, website interruptions, or incorrect entry information. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if necessary.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, or in violation of these rules. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws in Canada.
