The questions everyone asks
What's the minimum order?
5 kg, which is five 1 kg bags. Mix and match any of our beans to get there.
Do I have to order the same thing every time?
Not at all. Every order stands on its own, so order what you need, when you need it.
What does it cost?
Wholesale pricing is per kilogram and we share the full list once your account is approved. Volume discounts of 5%, 10% and 15% come off on top at 15 kg, 30 kg and 60 kg.
How long does approval take?
Usually within 2 business days. We're a small team and we read every application ourselves.
How does shipping work?
We confirm shipping once we've seen your order, because it depends on your address, your volume and how fast you need it. You'll get a final invoice to approve before anything ships.
Can I be invoiced instead of paying by card?
Yes. We can set payment terms on your account so you're invoiced rather than paying up front. Just mention it in your application.
Where do you ship?
We're in Vancouver and we ship across Canada. Because wholesale volumes vary a lot, we confirm the shipping cost with you before your order is finalised.
