Vietnamese coffee refers to coffee made from beans grown in Vietnam, with the robusta bean being the most well-known. Vietnam is the world's second-largest coffee producer, following Brazil, and the leading producer of robusta coffee.

Globally, "Vietnamese coffee" is often associated with a specific preparation style, typically involving sweetened condensed milk, the phin drip method, and strong brews. While this is an important part of the Vietnamese coffee tradition, at Hanoi Drip Coffee, we aim to broaden this understanding by emphasizing Vietnamese coffee at its core—coffee beans grown by Vietnamese farmers in Vietnam.

I received a defective product. What can I do?

We're sorry for the inconvenience! We want to make things right. If you received a defective or damaged product, please follow these steps:

Take a photo – Capture clear images of the defective item, including any visible damage.

Check your order details – Ensure the product matches what you originally ordered.

My order is missing an item. What can I do?

We're sorry for the mix-up! If your order is missing an item, please follow these steps:

Where is my order? Can I change my order?

Does Hanoi Drip offer a subscription option?

Yes! Subscribe and save on every order. Pick your blend, set your delivery schedule, and we take care of the rest. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime.

How should I brew Hanoi Drip coffee?

The phin filter is our go-to. It is the traditional Vietnamese way — slow, simple, and it brings out the full body of the coffee. But a French press or drip machine works great too. We have a step-by-step brewing guide on each product page to help you get the most out of every cup.

Is Hanoi Drip coffee sweetened?

Nope. Our coffee has no added sugar. The traditional roasting process naturally brings out deep caramel and chocolate notes from the robusta beans. If you like it sweet, try it Vietnamese-style with condensed milk, that is how it is meant to be enjoyed.

What makes Hanoi Drip coffee different?

We specialize in Vietnamese robusta coffee. Our beans come from the Central Highlands of Vietnam and are traditionally roasted to bring out bold, rich flavours that robusta is known for. We are not trying to be another specialty coffee brandwe are bringing the real taste of Vietnamese coffee culture to your cup.

When will my order ship?

All orders will be shipped out the end of June 2026

Where is Hanoi Drip based?

We are based in Vancouver, Canada. Our beans are sourced from Vietnam. We started with a love for Vietnamese coffee and a goal to share it with people here, bringing the warmth and tradition of Hanoi to Canada
