How should I brew Hanoi Drip coffee?

The phin filter is our go-to. It is the traditional Vietnamese way — slow, simple, and it brings out the full body of the coffee. But a French press or drip machine works great too. We have a step-by-step brewing guide on each product page to help you get the most out of every cup.

Is Hanoi Drip coffee sweetened?

Nope. Our coffee has no added sugar. The traditional roasting process naturally brings out deep caramel and chocolate notes from the robusta beans. If you like it sweet, try it Vietnamese-style with condensed milk, that is how it is meant to be enjoyed.

What makes Hanoi Drip coffee different?

We specialize in Vietnamese robusta coffee. Our beans come from the Central Highlands of Vietnam and are traditionally roasted to bring out bold, rich flavours that robusta is known for. We are not trying to be another specialty coffee brandwe are bringing the real taste of Vietnamese coffee culture to your cup.
